Cara has worked with numerous convention and city-wide event planners to add fitness to their events. Cara has organized 5K road races throughout Boston, most recently for NXTevent and their attendees. Cara has also hosted Bootcamp and HITT workouts at the Boston Convention & Marketing Center for citywide groups as part of their breakout sessions and adding in a healthy workout.

HITT / Tabata / Cardio Bursts are a favorite in Cara’s Classes. Cara believes you need to get your heart rate up, in bursts to keep the workout beneficial and fun! You can expect Cara to throw some fancy & fun moves your way everyday.
Cara incorporates TRX into her group fitness classes for a full body benefit- think all core all the time when your using the TRX straps!
